It has a 30 square meter glass roof that lets natural light flow through, which is equipped with an electric shutter if darkness is needed.
There are a lot of interesting details in the studio, like its design heaters which work in combination with floor heating, which make the studio comfortably warm in the long winter months.
The studio is additionally equipped with cove, high voltage current, w-lan, shower, toilet and kitchen , allowing anyone working there total comfort. The galley on the upper floor are great view that might take place downstairs. One parking space is vailable in an area right in front of the building.
